Baloot is a Persian rice-focused concept shaped by both heritage and professional training. Mehran's culinary foundation began assisting his mother with her catering in Iran and was later formalized at Le Cordon Bleu in Boston. The menu reflects that combination of background and technique, built around carefully composed rice bowls that balance slow braises, charcoal grilling, house ferments, and seasonal produce.
