Join us at Maydān LA inside of Maydān Market on Monday, April 13th for a panel discussion and very special collaborative dinner! Rose Previte of Maydān, and Poncho Martinez of Lugya’h are inviting Chef Sean Sherman and Chef Pyet DeSpain to share our communal fire and create a meal that celebrates cuisine rooted in tradition, history, and storytelling.

Hands-on cooking classes with women chefs celebrating Women’s History Month—learn new dishes, sip wine, and connect over great food.

Join us on Monday, March 23 from 5:30–8:30pm at Maydan Market for an evening of hands-on cooking, great company, and delicious food and wine. This special event is held in celebration of Women’s History Month and in collaboration with Regarding Her (RE:Her), honoring women in the culinary industry.

Club 104 will feature a rotation of emerging chefs and exciting culinary creatives from Los Angeles and beyond.
