Club 104 will feature a rotation of emerging chefs and exciting culinary creatives from Los Angeles and beyond. This month we welcome Flavors From A Far!
From distant homelands to our Los Angeles kitchen, we share food rooted in heritage and resilience, with proceeds supporting The Tiyya Foundation.
Flavors from Afar is a woman and refugee led social enterprise rooted in Southern California. Founded by Meymuna Hussein-Cattan, they began in 2018 as a catering service to support the Tiyya Foundation. They opened a brick-and-mortar in Little Ethiopia in 2020 and are now in East Hollywood.
During the residency in Club 104 Flavors From A Far will be joined by Mid East Eats a Palestinian concept, Pili Pili Congo will bring in French Congolese cuisine and “Heidi Made It” with a Sudanese concept to close out the residency. Join us in celebration of some of the most amazing refugee chefs beginning December 16th through January 19th!
